Our story starts in 2003, when Brad Avis —originally an interior trim carpenter—set out to build homes with a focus on precision, quality, and care. With years of hands-on experience and a deep respect for craftsmanship, he brought the same attention to detail from his trim work into every part of home construction.

 

In 2018, his son Greg, the current owner, took over ownership after learning the trades from the ground up. While building homes, Greg developed a strong interest in the small details of builds.

 

Over time, that passion became a clear direction for the company.

 

Today, we’ve transitioned into a General Contracting business, specializing in New Construction Homes, Poured Wall Foundations, Roofing and more. Having firsthand experience in home building gives us a unique understanding of what homeowners need from their contractor.

 

As a second-generation, family-owned company, we carry forward the values that started it all: honest work, sharp attention to detail, and a commitment to getting the job done right.
